The context
HealthStation is an enterprise healthcare platform used by patients across Nigerian federal and state government health facilities. Migrating its frontend meant working within an established product and coordinating a team through a significant technical change.
What I contributed
As Frontend Lead, I led six engineers through the transition from React to Flutter, combining frontend engineering with responsibility for the team's technical delivery.
